Cancellation policy

Campers who make reservations and cancel their stay will be refunded only a percentage of their camping fees, depending on the time the cancellation was made.
Cancellation fee of $ 15.00 is applicable for all cancellations.
Cancellations for family emergency will be full refunded, proof needed

High season ( July & August):

1 month :   Total refund
2 weeks:   1 overnight fee
1 week:     1 overnight fee, plus 10% of cancelled nights
Less than a week: no refund

Long weekends:

1 month: Total refund
2 weeks: 1 overnight fee
1 week:   1 overnight fee, plus 20% of cancelled nights
Less then a week: no refund

Low season (May & June  and September – October)

Less than 1 week: 1 overnight fee

Having said all that, we sincerely hope you will not have to cancel as we are looking forward to meeting you and accommodating you to the best of our ability!
